Adetomiwa Adebawore dominated his pre-draft workouts

Here are some stats from the recent CHGO Bears video on defensive linemen prospects that are good to know. Adebawore had 449 snaps as a defensive end. He also had 262 snaps in the B gap defensive tackle role which is where a 3T would line up. His production playing in the B gap favorably compares to Jalen Carter's production in the B gap who played in 258 snaps in the B gap. Jalen Carter in the B gap role had 3 sacks and 13 pressures. Adebawore had 2 sacks and 11 pressures.

Adam Hoge of CHGO Bears made a great point that Adebawore as far as off-the-field matters go is the opposite of Jalen Carter. According to Hoge Adebawore blew away every interview he had with NFL personnel. He added that Adebawore was very coachable, has a great work ethic, and loves football. These three qualities are all big-time focuses for Ryan Poles and Matt Eberflus in evaluating prospects.

Here are more intangibles in Adebawore's favor. Included in his nfl.com scouting report Lance Zeurlien writes this about Adebawore, "voted a senior captain … intrinsically motivated and was credited with “rebuilding” the culture of the team. According to Northwestern director of football performance Jay Hooten … plays through pain and didn’t miss a start the last three seasons."
