With all this set up here is my second and final Bears mock draft for 2023.

Chicago Bears Draft Pick No. 9:
Paris Johnson, Jr. -- LT who can become an elite player.

Acquire the 31st pick in the draft from the Chiefs for the 53rd and 64th picks as well as Jack Sanborn.

Chicago Bears Draft Pick No. 27:
Adetomiwa Adebawore -- 3T with elite traits and great intangibles.

Chicago Bears Draft Pick No. 61:
Derrick Hall -- Pass rusher who is another high-character player, tough as nails that has a quality burst to the pass rusher.

Chicago Bears Draft Pick No. 103:
Juice Scruggs -- Center who can possibly grow into becoming the Bears' starting center down the road. The Bears interviewed Scruggs so there is possible interest here.

Chicago Bears Draft Pick No. 136:
Matt Landers -- WR with 6'4" height and 4.37, 40 speed. Given that the deep ball is what Justin Fields does best as a passer. He would add a tall fast go route specialist that is sorely lacking in the Bears wide receiver group.

Chicago Bears Draft Pick No. 148:
Kei'Trel Clark -- CB who is a bit small at 5'10" but has 4.42 speed and great coverage ability. He hustles and is competitive at the catch point. The Bears' other two starting corners Jaylon Johnson runs a 4.51 and Kyler Gordon runs a 4.52. This secondary needs some 4.4 speed in their top 3 corners.

Chicago Bears Draft Pick No. 218:
Payne Durham -- TE has the measurables of a blocking Y tight end with decent blocking ability but needs to add strength for his run blocking. He lacks speed but is a big target with sticky hands and can break tackles.

Chicago Bears Draft Pick No. 258:
Israel Abanikanda -- RB weighs 216 lbs. and has 4.41 speed and is a one-cut talent who has instant acceleration that enables him to escape in tight quarters.
