Chicago Bears Draft Grade: NFL Network | A-

Now for the mothership. That's right, NFL Network (or NFL.com) gave the Chicago Bears another of their A grades -- even if it was an A-. The author of this one is none other than Chad Reuter. He definitely speaks to pre-Draft Day trade with the Panthers, but it does not seem to be a part of his overall grade. Reuter gave the Chicago Bears' first-round pick, Darnell Wright, an A. He was not as thrilled with the Day 2 picks and gave that group a B. Then he was excited again with an A for the Bears' Day 3 picks.

Chad Reuter speaks to the first-round trade that Ryan Poles made, moving down one spot while gaining a future draft pick and still drafting the offensive tackle they wanted. Correction, they needed. Reuter speaks about how Gervon Dexter and Zacch Pickens will help bolster the defensive line and he believs that Tyrique Stevenson could start as a rookie.

Finally, he makes a negative comment about the Chase Claypool trade, but seems to like the additions of Roschon Johnson, Tyler Scott, Noah Sewell, and Terrell Smith. The Bears' seventh-round picks were not discussed in his analysis and I don't blame him. They are dart throws with potential upside and that's about it.
