3. Klint Kubiak, Passing Game Specialist, San Francisco 49ers

If the Dolphins are no. 1 in passing this year, guess who's number two? That's right, it's the San Francisco 49ers led by Mr. Irrelevant himself, Brock Purdy. This season, Purdy has taken off even more than he did as a rookie in 2022.

Purdy and the 49ers' passing attack has been one of the most consistent units in all of football. Purdy is no. 1 in the NFL in passer rating, no. 1 in yards per attempt, no. 1 in total QBR, no. 2 in passing yards, no. 2 in passing touchdowns, no. 4 in completion percentage, and very well could be in the discussion for league MVP along with Lamar Jackson.

Like Sean McVay, head coach Kyle Shanahan is another coach you want to try and pluck talent from. The Bears were promised good things with Luke Getsy, coming from Shanahan's system, however that didn't pan out. With Klint Kubiak, Chicago gets a young, up-and-coming coordinator whose family is truly a football family. The son of Gary Kubiak, a Super Bowl winning coach, Klint is now pursuing his own lengthy career in coaching.
