New offensive coordinator Todd Monken came over from the college ranks where he was formerly with the University of Georgia and has worked wonders within this Ravens offense.

The 47-year-old is a former college quarterback and has coached wide receivers, running backs as well as having experience as a college head coach. With his experience as a head coach for a handful of colleges as well as his offensive prowess, Taggart could bring a similar style to the Bears as he's currently operating with in Baltimore -- and it wouldn't be all that difficult a transition.
