3. Justin Fields, QB

Finally, we come to an obvious choice. Justin Fields is entering Year 3, which should be his best season yet, and it won't be close. The tools are there for Fields to enjoy a full-on breakout, no doubt. His protection was arguably the worst in football last year, as he ran for his life on many occasions.

That running also led Fields to nearly break the single-season rushing record by a quarterback, as he finished with 1,143 yards on the ground. The Bears are also not believed to be dialing back on Fields' designed runs this year, although they would like to pass a bit more.

If Fields finishes with around 1,000 yards on the ground once more, but increases his passing yardage to over 3,000, then his path to a Pro Bowl is absolutely within reach. The guys he'll be competing with include Jalen Hurts, Kirk Cousins, Jared Goff, Geno Smith and maybe even Brock Purdy, Derek Carr or Matthew Stafford.

When it comes to Pro Bowl voting, though, the dual-threat quarterbacks typically garner a lot of attention, and Fields' highlight-reel type plays could be the difference that get him in over one of the latter on the above list.
