3. Justin Fields, QB
Don't get out your pitch forks, just yet.
I would miss Justin Fields dearly if the Bears let him go.
It would pain me to watch the Bears trade Fields, as much as I do believe in Caleb Williams' talent.
However, have you taken a look around social media lately? This is just a small sample of the stuff I've seen from Bears fans.
QB. Doesn’t matter who we bring in, Justin Fields ain’t it

But let's run it back again with Justin Fields because we want to give him yet another chance to prove that he sucks AND we don't want to hurt his teammates feelings. https://t.co/OOaiZ9KkfR

Justin Fields is horrible. That is so bad. Embarrassing play at QB.

The Bears fan base seems widely split on the Fields topic. Much of the fan base loves the guy, but there is also a huge portion that wouldn't miss him if the Bears opted for a trade.
Regardless of your opinion, the fact of the matter is, Ryan Poles has a difficult decision ahead of him. Fields has shown a lot of flashes that he can be one of the most electrifying players in the game today, but a lot of those plays have come with his legs.
Now, there is also plenty of film showing his prowess as a passer. The problem has been, Fields isn't consistent enough through the air. That's the major complaint. The bigger reasons why some fans won't miss him are due to him needing work when it comes to making quicker decisions and reading the field on a consistent basis.
Whatever your opinion on Fields is, we'll see which side of the argument winds up being correct sooner or later.
