3. Matt Eberflus, Head Coach

Yes, there has already been a report stating the Bears plan to bring back head coach Matt Eberflus, and to be truthful, I'm starting to come around on the guy. He has always been a good man and a player's coach. He is likable. But, from a coaching standpoint, it's taken a while to see the impact, and finally, we're starting to see it. His defense has turned things around in a major way.

Still, if Chicago comes out and lays an egg against the Packers in Week 18, it would not be the craziest thing to see opinions in the front office take a turn.

This is a rivalry that hasn't seen the Bears win in over five years. It has become normal for Green Bay to come out on top, regardless of who is playing quarterback. The Packers have owned the Bears, and after all of the positivity Chicago has enjoyed over the last few weeks, Green Bay could put an end to it and thus raise many questions as the season concludes.

I think Eberflus sticks around, but I also believe he needs to make a statement in order to convince Ryan Poles he is making the right decision. Not only Poles, but it's Kevin Warren who could still need convincing; maybe even George McCaskey and Ted Phillips, too.
