5. Justin Fields, QB

He is a fan favorite for some. At the same time, Justin Fields is a polarizing name amongst the fan base. There is no denying he has an elite skill set and possesses game-breaking ability. On one of a few other teams, I have no doubt that Fields would be a top-12 quarterback in this league.

But this is the Chicago Bears, we're talking about. In Chicago, Fields has not panned out the way many of us have wanted. Is there still hope? Absolutely. But, it begins and ends in Green Bay on Sunday.

Even though Fields has improved since returning from injury, that doesn't discount the fact that Chicago could easily take Caleb Williams no. 1 overall and thus trade Fields. It won't take much for Poles to make that decision, and Fields needs to do everything in his power to make that decision all the more difficult on his general manager.

I would venture to guess that the majority of Bears fans want to see Fields succeed, beat Green Bay and for the Bears to have the best possible offseason building even further around their quarterback. But, it's all on his shoulders to make that happen. This is a game he needs to not only win, but win convincingly and put on a show while doing so.
