1. Chicago Bears can start off the run of offensive tackles

Finding offensive tackles is so hard. You have to get lucky drafting one, or hit on one high in the draft because the good prospects do not fall. Beyond that, Ryan Poles saw firsthand in free agency that if he wanted even an average player like Mike McGlinchey, he would have to pay ridiculous prices.

The realization that he cannot find a tackle hit free agency, and it is such a crap shoot outside the top ten picks where the elite tackles go, he should probably take one here. When you look at the top eight picks, all of them have a left tackle that at least makes you think that they have no reason to draft one.

They all have much bigger needs. Only the Atlanta Falcons, with a big need at left guard, could be seen taking Peter Skoronski, perhaps the Raiders do the same. The rest are looking in a completely different direction.

It should set up an awesome 15 minutes for Chicago Bears fans. They will be on the clock with Paris Johnson, Peter Skoronski, and Broderick Jones all looming. Ryan Poles, the former offensive lineman gets to take the guy he deems the best tackle in the class. He gets the top guy at the position he loves to watch.
