3 reasons Chicago Bears hiring Deion Sanders would change everything

2. Sanders would make a decision that might hurt initially, but result in rebuilding the right way

Maybe the biggest change, initially, would come at the quarterback position. While Bears fans have loved Justin Fields since Day 1, the reality is, the Bears have not developed him the right way. Fields is yet another example of a player this organization has failed to develop. They have failed to surround him with the correct talent. They have failed to execute the proper scheme, even when in place, and thus Fields has effectively failed as a starting quarterback.

That changes the day Sanders walks into Halas Hall. With him comes his sone, Shedeur Sanders. There is absolutely zero doubt that the Bears would find a way to land him as their next starting quarterback, and that Deion would ensure the proper coaching staff, scheme and surrounding talent are all in place for his son to succeed.

In an organization that has historically failed, over and over at the quarterback position, Sanders would be the first individual to change that trend. No longer will the Bears' quarterback position be a laughing stock or question mark. Sanders would make sure of that.
