3. Mike Evans

I had to throw this one in there, even though it's a pipe dream. Mike Evans is probably going to re-sign with Tampa Bay knowing they're also going to bring back Baker Mayfield and run this thing back. After all, Tampa Bay is home to Evans. For a decade now, all he's done is surpass the 1,000-yard mark and make five Pro Bowls (should be more).

There may not be a more consistent wide receiver in the game over his career span than Evans himself. And, he gives the Bears exactly what they could use: size.

Evans' huge 6-foot-5 frame allows him to still have a catch radius larger than most in the league. He's been one of the best outside receivers in the game for a long time now, and isn't slowing down. Evans is still playing at a high level and is a tough cover for any opposing defensive back.

Just picture Evans and Moore on this offense with whomever quarterback you choose to imagine. The two of them, together, would be almost unstoppable, with each having different elite skill sets. Evans would cost $20 milliion annually, if not more, so he'd be a big chunk of the salary cap. But, if the Bears reset the quarterback clock, that might be doable.
