The Chicago Bears enter the 2023 season with one of the youngest rosters in the entire league. The front office’s decision to part ways with veterans during both the 2022 offseason and regular season has given the Bears both youth and potential.

While many of these younger players still need to prove themselves to the franchise, there is a handful of them that have already shown great promise in the early stages of their careers.

These players have given fans hope for a better future for Chicago Bears football. As today’s stars age and fade out, a new generation of stars takes center stage.

Having talented players will always be valuable, but having a team led by young players in their mid-20s is especially beneficial since those players will be on relatively cheap deals. Once these players reach the of their rookie contracts, however, it’s nearly impossible to retain them all, as there is only so much money to go around.

To fill these voids, teams will attempt to replace their productive players on affordable contracts by drafting new ones, creating a cycle of sorts.

Even though a team like the Bears may appear to have all the time in the world, there is a very limited window where all of their top young players with be affordable.

With the 2023 preseason only months away, here are the Chicago Bears’ top five players under 25.
