The Bears could add cornerback Rock Ya-Sin for depth

Chicago's secondary is going to be scary good, and they're mostly young. Jaylon Johnson is a top-5 corner in this league. Tyrique Stevenson is an ascending player. Kyler Gordon has become one of the better slot corners in the game today. Plus, Jaquan Brisker is a player on the rise and veteran Kevin Byard comes in with two All Pro selections under his belt.

The depth at cornerback isn't all that bad, either. Last year's rookie Terell Smith, out of Minnesota, would be the next man up on the outside, followed by Jaylon Jones. But, the Bears could bolster and completely round out their cornerback depth by slotting in Rock Ya-Sin right next to Smith as one of the next guys up on the outside.

Ya-Sin is entering Year 6 as a pro and has played for three different teams. He has three seasons with at least seven pass breakups. Before being relegated to just 29 percent of snaps in Baltimore last season, Ya-Sin was coming off a career year in Las Vegas, where he played 89 percent of snaps and allowed an opposing quarterback rating of 82.6, giving up just one touchdown all season.
