On the hottest of seats, Matt Eberflus likely won't survive the 2024 offseason.

5. Frank Smith, Offensive Coordinator, Miami Dolphins

We have talked tirelessly about offensive candidates for the Bears, and Frank Smith is one we've talked about multiple times. But, he is deserving of all the attention. The Miami Dolphins are the best offense in football, and it isn't particularly close.

They are scoring almost five more points than the next-closest team, putting up almost 30 yards more per game than the second-best team and leading the league in passing yards as well as yards per rush.

Sure, much of the credit goes to head coach Mike McDaniel who, like Slowik, comes from the Shanahan tree.

It seems the Bears have been the only recent team to get hosed by that Shanahan tree, huh? Anyways, I digress.

If Frank Smith came to Chicago to run a similar offense to the one we see in Miami, then sign me up. Think about the damage he could do with Moore and Marvin Harrison Jr. Obviously, Tyreek Hill is special and Jaylen Waddle is up there as well. But, Moore and Harrison Jr. would also present a potential top-5 duo in the NFL.
