The Chicago Bears could make a coaching change

With Ryan Poles and the management staff getting a second chance they now need to look towards finding a new head coach that they can call their own. The list of possible guys will be as follows.

Ben Johnson - Lions OC

Johnson is going to be a top name for head coaching jobs for what he did with the Lions offense last year. Jared Goff had his best season as the Lions QB and the second-best year of his career so far. With the Lions continuing to look good on offense Johnson should be the top guy for Poles and the rest of the staff.

Eric Bieniemy - Commanders OC

Bieniemy has been a top name to become a head coach for the last couple of seasons. With him making the move over to Washington and becoming their new OC and assistant head coach many believe that if he can get that Commander's offenses humming like what the Cheifs were doing under Bieniemy he is a surefire guy this year. With Poles coming over from the Cheifs he and Bieniemy already have that knowledge of each other.

Jim Harbaugh - Michigan HC

The Jim Harbaugh coming back to the NFL rumor has been something of a common theme over the last couple of seasons and this year will be no different. The last two times the Bears were looking for a new head coach Harbaugh's name was always in the mix for fans. The main reason why Harbaugh would consider the Bears is he was drafted in the first round by them all the way back in 1987. He went back and coached Michigan and turned that team around, he might want to try and do the same with the team that gave him his shot in the NFL.

In the end, the Bears will likely hire Ben Johnson as he is the hot name, stealing a coach from a division rival is never a bad thing.
