Big changes that we could see the Chicago Bears make for the 2024 season
Free Agency moves the Chicago Bears could make in 2024
The Bears are currently going to be heading into the 2024 offseason with the second most cap space only behind the New England Patriots. The Bears will look to add some more top talent with the available money they have.
Brain Burns, EDGE
If Burns does enter the open market expect the Bears to be extremely aggressive with this move. Burns is a top young edge rusher and can be a guy that the Bears can build their D around. Burns will be getting a large paycheck from the Bears most likely in the range of $150,000,000 over five years.
Kyle Dugger, S
The Kyle Dugger move is the Eddie Jackson replacement. A younger and very talented player. Dugger and Brisker could turn into a fun unit to watch and the best part is he isn't going to cost the same as Jackson or other free agents like Buddha Baker.
Connor Williams, C
The Bears didn't make a move at center last year and with a fairly weak o-line group in this free agency class going after the top-rated center is a must at this point. Williams is still decently young and will be 27 heading into the start of next season.
Michael Davis, CB
Davis is a little older than what most people would like to come in to replace the spot left by Johnson, but with such a young group having a guy who's been in the league for a little bit should help some of the younger guys like Gordon and Stevenson.
The Bears will also add a handful more players to the mix but these are the main guys.
