5. Cody Whitehair, G/C

It is crystal clear that Cody Whitehair is far from the player he once was. Whether it is his age or body catching up to him, or both, Whitehair has not had a good year. No matter if he's playing guard or center, Whitehair hasn't stood out much at all. At center, he's had several bad snaps. At guard, he's been beaten badly.

Going forward, the Bears need to revamp their offensive line and find their center of the future. It can no longer be Whitehair; and that same statement can be said about guard.

6. Andrew Janocko, Quarterbacks Coach

If Eberflus and Getsy are fired, you can bet quarterbacks coach Andrew Janocko will be fired as well. Whomever the next head coach is will likely want to bring in a new staff, at least for the majority. Hopefully, the Bears go with an offensive mind for their next coach, because that would mean a brand-new scheme and thus a new staff.

The Bears need to get with the times, offensively, and find a bright mind who can build this offense around the quarterback, and not the other way around. That also includes hiring the right quarterbacks coach.
