Pittsburgh Steelers

Finally, we get to a team that we've seen conflicting reports on as of late. Some believe the Steelers are going to steer clear of any veteran quarterbacks this offseason, while others still believe Pittsburgh could be in on Justin Fields.

Mike Tomlin is a notable fan of Fields, too, as we've learned recently. If Pittsburgh did decide to go after Fields, they might have the simplest package of all, yet still a significant deal for both sides.

Steelers trade

Bleacher Report's Jordan Schultz recently said on a podcast episode that he believes the Bears could get a late first rounder for Fields, so this would fall right in line with that report.

Pittsburgh can't be expected to roll into the 2024 season with Kenny Pickett and Mason Rudolph as the top two passers, can they? At this point, I think we know who Rudolph is, and that's nothing more than a solid backup in this league. Pickett, meanwhile, hasn't looked the part in a couple of seasons.

Fields would give them an added dimension and could flourish beneath Tomlin and his staff.
