5. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Finally, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have been in quarterback purgatory for just a couple of seasons (Bears fans have zero sympathy) but after watching the greatest of all-time depart town, it's been tough. Even just a short stint watching Tom Brady in Tampa was enough to spoil Buccaneer fans.

Now, the Bucs are sitting somewhere between mediocrity and "almost good enough." Bucs fans don't like it. Baker Mayfield has played fine, but the Bucs still don't have a prolific offense. If Tampa Bay somehow figured out how to bring back Mike Evans, along with Chris Godwin already on board and the youth of a guy like Trey Palmer, Fields would have some weapons.

Not to mention, running back Rachaad White has played really well the last few weeks, particularly in the passing game. Getting a running quarterback like Fields could take some pressure off White and keep the defense honest, potentially opening things up for White going forward.

There is also chance the Bucs end the year with a bottom-half record, giving the Bears a decent, potential haul of draft capital if they dealt Fields to Tampa.
