He has proven to be reliable. He also went from 27 pressures in 2022 to 36 pressures, and his 4.5 sacks were up from three. His pass rush win rate was up, even from 5.6% to 5.7%, and his pass rush productivity went from 4 to 4.4 this year.
He has made progress with the team, and he wants to stay with this team because he sees the signs of growth. These are the types of players to build around. The Chicago Bears planned to let him go because they drafted both Gervon Dexter and Zacch Pickens.

However, Dexter has had moments but still has not been trusted to play much on run-downs. Will the Bears accept that drop-off?
