3. Will Rock Ya-Sin circle back to a familar face?

Rock Ya-Sin will be another interesting name to watch. he spent 2022 with the Las Vegas Raiders and will be a free agent. However, he was involved in a trade from the Indianapolis Colts, so you know how he ties into Matt Eberflus.

Rock Ya-Sin was a second-round pick, 34th overall by the Colts when Eberflus was the defensive coordinator. Needless to say, he was highly thought of in that room. While he did not live up to his draft status, his 2021 season was also the best of his career.

After a solid third season, Ya-Sin saw a new coach and a completely different look defensively. The Colts no longer saw him as a fit, so they traded him for Yannick Ngakoue. He dealt with some injuries last season, and the Raiders were not the most stable soot.

Still, this is going to make Rock Ya-Sin available in free agency, and potentially at a decent price. The Chicago bears have Kyer Gordon and Jaylon Johnson, but a third cornerback would be needed. Matt Eberflus could easily prefer Rock Ya-Sin over Kindle Vildor. If the price is not too different, it could be an easy decision.
