Second Day 1 Chicago Bears Target: Paris Johnson, Jr, OT - Ohio State
Paris Johnson is my favorite tackle option in the draft. Johnson has the measurements to be an elite tackle at the next level. He has long arms and stands at a towering 6’6". In addition to his size that was “made in a lab”, Johnson also had a very good Combine workout.
Johnson has room to improve in the pass-blocking game as far as technique is concerned, but if you want a guy with potential that you can mold into a franchise cornerstone, Johnson is the best guy to do so. Johnson doesn’t project to have any weaknesses as far as the passing and running game goes because of how well-rounded his frame is either, he has the potential to be the complete package.
