Trade Destination No. 2: The Dallas Cowboys

Week 1 saw the Dallas Cowboys absolutely dominate the New York Giants by a score of 40-0. Dallas lived up to the hype, at least for a week. The Cowboys should end up having one of the better offenses in the league this year, led by Dak Prescott under center. At wide receiver, of course, the Cowboys have CeeDee Lamb as their clear-cut number one.

Michael Gallup and Brandin Cooks are next in line, with Gallup being a big play threat at any moment. He's also had some injury issues, though.

Speaking of which, Cooks is on the injury report this week and it was announced that he's dealing with a sprained MCL. The severity of the injury is still not fully known, so his status seems up in the air for the moment.

The Cowboys have second-year pro Jalen Tolbert who could come into his own and prove he's ready to step up in the absence of Cooks. But, trading for Claypool seems like it would be a total Jerry Jones move. Claypool's question marks could be easily ignored by Jones, who has taken chances on players in the past.
