1. The Chicago Bears will struggle to get pressure on Denver Broncos LT Garett Bolles

The Denver Broncos are favored over the Chicago Bears because they have an advantage at head coach. They also have a young building block in Patrick Surtain that the Bears wish they had. Their playmakers are better and deeper, and also the Broncos have a backbone to their offensive line with Garett Bolles.

Bolles broke his leg and missed most of the 2022 season. However, he was fully recovered in time for training camp and looks good so far this season. To be fair, Maxx Crosby plays against right tackles, so in week one, he was spared with Malcolm Koonce. He saw a lot of Chase Young and was more up and down, and he battled tough with Bradley Chubb.

Still, after playing against Chubb and Young in back-to-back weeks, he may be ready for Yannick Ngakoue. Ngakoue is the Bears' best pass rusher, so he has to win this matchup or the team is in trouble. Would the Bears be smart to try Ngakoue against Mike McGlinchey instead, or will they go strength-on-strength? Will this be a win for Bolles, if it is, can anyone else get any pass rush?
