It did not take long for Chicago Bears wide receiver DJ Moore to develop a connection with Justin Fields last season.

Prior to the Bears trading Fields to the Pittsburgh Steelers, Moore had been the most vocal supporter of his quarterback.

Despite that connection and support, Moore will be playing with a new quarterback next season and it likely will be Caleb Williams.

One of the fears that developed for many Bears fans was the idea of there being a potential mutiny within the locker room if the team decided to trade Fields. While there is no doubt that Bears players have expressed their sadness in the immediate aftermath of the trade, they also understand it's a business.

Moore offered advice to Williams on Thursday while appearing on "The Mully and Haugh Show" on 670 The Score.

Chicago Bears players are ready to embrace Caleb Williams as the team's starting quarterback.

Despite the false narratives that were created about Williams prior to hearing directly from the quarterback, the USC superstar quarterback has always prided himself on earning the respect of his teammates.

Look no further than USC's Pro Day on Wednesday. There was no reason for Williams to throw at the Pro Day considering the tape of game file that is readily available to teams but his participation was due, in part, to wanting to make sure his teammates looked good.

There is no question that Williams will be unlike any quarterback who has walked through the Bears' locker room in the past. There will be a segment of Bears fans that will refuse to support him out of blind loyalty to Fields or the fact that he already carries a superstar aura but that is not a sentiment that exists within the Bears' locker room.
