2. Chicago Bears trade down for another first round pick

The dream is for the Chicago Bears to enter the 2024 NFL Draft with three first-rounders. It is pretty doable, especially when you consider that they already have two picks, their own, and the Panthers. Now, how to get that third pick?

In this scenario, it would involve dropping down a bit further than 11 or 12. Still, the further the Bears drop, the more they want in return. The Bears gave up a future first to get Justin Fields, and the drop was about 10 spots right around pick 10. So, could the Chicago Bears slide back around pick 20 and grab a future first?

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers stand out. They need a quarterback badly, and while we thought they may rebuild, they have done a lot of re-signing and keeping this offseason. If the right quarterback falls and the Bucs think they can steal a weak NFC South, do they trade a future first?

Maybe they still get a big-time player at 19, but the thought of having three picks in 2024 is too exciting to pass up.
