2. The Chicago Bears drafted Kevin White in the top ten

This is another all-time miss that gets brought up constantly. The Chicago Bears have not had success with drafting wide receivers, and Kevin White is just another in the line. Chicago drafted White seventh overall. The other six names ahead of him are still in the NFL, while White is not. He is the first bad pick from that draft.

To be fair, after him, it went Vic Beasley, Ereck Flowers, Todd Gurley, Trae Waynes, and Danny Shelton, so there was a drop-off in talent, and the misses started to come quickly after the top six.

Still, Andrus Peat, Devante Parker, Arik Armstead, and Marcus Peters went after that, and they are all still in the NFL. There were 15 wide receivers in that draft that ended up with more receiving yards than Kevin White. That includes Sammie Coest, Justin Hardy, JJ Nelson, and Dorial Green-Beckham. White was a huge miss.
