2. Should the Chicago Bears bet on Ronald Jones?

Ronald Jones may be a bit closer to the type of player that Ryan Poles typically signs. Jones is a former second-round pick, but unlike Mark Ingram, he is 25 years old, going on 26 this season. He is not off of his rookie contract but only signed for one year with the Chiefs afterward.

Beyond that, the emergence of Leonard Fournette in Tampa Bay, then Isaiah Pachecho in Kansas City has Jones with a lot more tread on his tires.

Jones put on some weight and lost explosion, but he still has a power punch, and we recently saw him help close out big games for the Buccaneers. His limited playing time with the Chiefs will have him signing somewhere for the minimum.

Ronald Jones brings the size and power that this roster lacks, and with that being his only role, he will not be looking for a big deal. This could be a fit to look out for.
