2. Is DeMarcus Robinson a fit for the Chicago Bears?

The Chicago Bears are going to need to sign a wide receiver, or potentially multiple wide receivers, this offseason. Demarcus Robinson is coming off of one of the best years of his career. Would the Bears take a swing in free agency?

After six years with the Kansas City Chiefs, he played for Baltimore last year and posted a career-high 507 yards. However, that was mainly due to a lack of target competition. With the Rams, he posted 415 yards, which is not as much but is more impressive, with Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua competing for snaps as well.

Robinson averaged 1.6 yards per route run. He averaged 1.34 with the Ravens, and for his career, that number is 0.95, with his career in Kansas City being 1.22. This has easily been the best two-year run of his career, and now he is set to enter free agency. At least in the Shane Waldron offense, he would have similar concepts coming from the Rams.

Do the Bears want to buy high on Robinson, and how much will he make this offseason? At the right price, they could be getting an ascending talent.
