Will the Chicago Bears try to sign any of these offensive linemen?

Donovan Smith will be a free agent, but the veteran left tackle just won a Super Bowl with Tom Brady and Patrick Mahomes. He will not come to Chicago just to compete with Braxton Jones. That leaves Nick Allegretti and Price Tega-Wanogho.

Allegretti filled in for an injured Joe Thuney when the Chiefs won the AFC Championship and Super Bowl. He has ties to Ryan Poles and would be an excellent depth option behind both Teven Jenkins and Nate Davis.

Taga-Wanogho has been in the NFL since 2020 but has just 80 career snaps, 60 coming at right tackle and 20 at left tackle. This is more of a bet on his ability and Ryan Poles familiarity with him from the 2021 season.
