Chicago Bears Week 17 Prediction

Chicago Bears vs Atlanta Falcons

The Atlanta Falcons have a lot of firepower on offense now that they drafted Bijan Robinson in the first round of the 2023 NFL Draft. Drake London had a solid rookie season. Despite a rough 2022 season, Kyle Pitts has the ability to dominate any game. The problem is that I don't have faith in Desmond Ridder and the defense is suspect.

Justin Fields and the Chicago Bears offense put up some solid numbers in this one. The defense does enough to slow the Atlanta rushing attack down and come away with a victory.

Prediction: Bears Win

Chicago Bears Week 18 Prediction

Chicago Bears @ Green Bay Packers

Justin Fields is going to have a better career than Jordan Love. That said, sometimes the better quarterback finds himself on the losing end of things. This is what happens to Chicago in this matchup. The Packers defense does enough to limit Fields and the Bears' offense, while the Bears fall short in many ways. This will be one of those games when it looks like the Bears are dominating, but just cannot get into the end zone. The Packers' running game is enough to propel them over the Bears in this close matchup on the road.

Prediction: Bears Lose

For those of you who were not keeping track, I have the Chicago Bears winning eight games and losing nine. An 8-9 record will probably not make the playoffs, but it does put them in the running and I think would be a successful 2023 season. Thoughts on the schedule? How many games are you predicting?
