Chicago Bears Round 5 Terell Smith

Terell Smith may make things interesting for the Chicago Bears. He missed a good portion of the year with an illness, but when he was healthy and on the field, he was impactful. Smith finished with 262 coverage snaps, compared to 553 for Stevenson.

Still, Smith had a better passer rating allowed, he was targeted less per snap and gave up fewer yards per snap and per target than the rookie who was drafted ahead of him. It was notable that they would rest Stevenson late in the year to get Smith a drive or two on the field. They think he is that good, and he has shown it so far.

Terell Smith Grade: A

Chicago Bears Round 7 Travis Bell

Travis  Bell was signed to the Atlanta Falcons roster from the Chicago Bears practice squad. Then, the Cincinnati Bengals signed him, and he is currently on their roster.

Travis Bell Grade: F

Kendall Williams remains on the Chicago Bears practice squad, so while the losing Travis Bell gets them an F, Williamson gets an incomplete.
