1. Can Justin Fields beat the Denver Broncos secondary deep?

The Denver Broncos' secondary is straight-up bad. To be fair, this is not what they thought they were getting. They lost Caden Sterns, their starting safety in week one, and his partner, Justin Simmons, has a hip injury that has him on the sidelines as well.

It has led to them starting Kareem Jackson and Delarin Turner-Yell. Jackson was good once, but he is now 35 years old; meanwhile, Turner-Yell is a fifth-round rookie who appears to be in over his head.

It led to the disaster was 70 points against the Miami Dolphins. This is not to say that Fields will give up 70, but that if an offense who usually would score 30 on this defense can score 70, teams that can score 17 points may be able to get to 30 on this defense.

Justin Fields has to test these safeties deep down the field in the way that the Miami Dolphins did. Heck, he has to do what Sam Howell did. The one weird thing with Fields this season is his lack of deep balls. This week, Justin Fields may have time to throw deep. If he does not attack deep and hit a few long bombs in this game, the team should just move on this week.
