3 mistakes the Chicago Bears must avoid in the 2024 offseason
The Chicago Bears have a massive opportunity in front of them this offseason. The team has two top 10 picks in the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft. The Bears also boast the third most cap space in the league.
This means that the Bears have an excellent opportunity to add difference-makers this offseason. Perhaps nobody is more aware of the gravity of this offseason than general manager Ryan Poles and head coach Matt Eberflus. Both men's jobs could be in danger if this offseason fails to sufficiently approve the team.
Much of the talk around the team has revolved around quarterback Justin Fields. Will the team once again pass on a rookie QB and keep Fields? Or will the team decide one rookie is too good to pass up? In such a critical offseason, there are three decisions the Bears MUST avoid making.
