8. Atlanta Falcons: Byron Murphy, DT, Texas

This ends up being a nice spot for the Atlanta Falcons as well. The Titans get to sit back and take the best lineman at seven; the Falcons can take the best defensive player in the draft with the eighth overall pick. That is a pretty occasion.

The trendy pick has been Dallas Turner, but there has been a lot of hype in recent weeks about Byron Murphy being a top-ten pick. Some have linked him to Chicago, but he may not even get there, as Murphy is a great fit on a defensive line that needs to be revamped.

If this is how the top eight plays out, do the Chicago Bears have an obvious decision with Rome Odunze? Is there real consideration for Dallas Turner, Jared Verse, or Laitu Latu? Or do they still look at the tackle options?
