We are less than two months away from the 2024 NFL Draft. The Chicago Bears are on the clock and social media has been a cesspool for toxicity among Justin Fields and Caleb Williams fans. What will Ryan Poles do with the first pick in the draft? Don't forget, the team also has the ninth overall pick. Will he stay put at both or trade down from one or both? He has plenty of options, but not many draft picks to speak of overall. After trading for Ryan Bates, the Bears only have five picks, and they don't own a second-rounder.

All signs are pointing to the Bears selecting Caleb Williams with the first pick. Trading Justin Fields should bring in a Day 2 pick along with a Day 3 pick that should replace the one sent to Buffalo for Ryan Bates. Many think that Chicago will need to move down from nine to recoup some draft capital as well. As of now, they own two picks in the first, a third-rounder and two fourth-rounders.

Lance Zierlein shares recent mock draft, Chicago Bears fans rejoice

Well, according to NFL draft analyst Lance Zierlein, he is predicting that Ryan Poles move down from nine by trading back with the Denver Broncos who currently sit at 12. The Broncos just officially announced that they are moving on from Russell Wilson and in this mock draft they trade up from 12 to select J.J. McCarthy — quarterback out of Michigan. Zierlein does not provide what the trade terms would look like in his mock draft, but since Denver doesn't own a second-rounder I would expect a third and fourth-rounder would be involved, or maybe a future second.

Who does Zierlein predict the Chicago Bears select in his mock draft that has Chicago Bears fans raving and hoping for this dream scenario?
