2. Greg Olson would be a better quarterback coach for the Chicago Bears 

Greg Olson may be a better candidate as a quarterback coach than he is as a coordinator. Olson has been all over the NFL and has worked with all kinds of different quarterbacks. Olson worked with Sean McVay way back when he was with Jon Gruden and the Bucs and even more recently with Jared Goff. 

Olson also reunited with Gruden and Derek Carr. It says something that these two like his mind. However, those two called the plays, not him. Also, the quarterbacks he is known for working with include Joey Harrington, Josh Freeman, Rex Grossman, Jared Goff, Derek Carr, Blake Bortles, and a few others who were not in their rookie or second season with Olson. The point is that it is not like success follows him around as much as he is following success around. The Chicago Bears should go in another direction.
