1. Marcus Brady may not be ready for the Chicago Bears OC Job

Marcus Brady got a job interview because he knows Matt Eberflus well. They worked together on the Indianapolis Colts staff for a few years. Still, Brady's resume is a bit loose. He had success as a quarterback coach with the Indianapolis Colts, but he was behind Nick Sirianni and Frank Reich on the play-calling order.

When Sirianni left, Brady moved up to offensive coordinator. The Colts moved from Phillip Rivers to Carson Wentz and Matt Ryan, which is a drop as well. Still, the offense fell apart with Brady, and the entire staff was fired within two years of him calling plays.

Brady caught on with the Eagles, but this year, when he took on a bigger role, the offense sputtered down the stretch. He does not have enough experience, and when he did, things did not go well. It makes sense to get his perspective, but he is not the best candidate.
