1. Would the Chicago Bears trade Yannick Ngakoue for the right price?
The Chicago Bears have to consider trading Yannick Ngakoue. Ngakoue has two sacks this season and is coming off of a game when he had a sack. This may be a sell-high point for the Bears. Ngakoue is another player who is a free agent after this year. He signed a one-year deal, and the thought was that he wanted to get stats and sign a new contract somewhere else after this year.
Ngakoue signed so late into the offseason this year that the team losing him did not get a compensatory pick. When you add that the Bears will spend in free agency and the compensatory formula may not impact them, this may be the Bears' only chance to get anything in return for Ngakoue.
Ngakoue has been in this spot before. He signed with the Minnesota Vikings, it did not work out, and they traded him to the Baltimore Ravens. Sitting at 1-4, it would not be shocking if the Chicago Bears looked to do the same thing or at least took calls on Ngakoue. Teams would love to add that pass rush into the mix at this point in the season. Will the Bears get enough in return to make it worth trading Yannick Ngakoue?
