9. Will see Nate Davis for the Chicago Bears soon?

We have slowly but surely been getting answers involving Nate Davis. Davis has every right to his privacy, but it is easy for fans to be concerned when one of the big free-agent signings misses all of training camp, struggles mightily in week one, and then misses both weeks two and three.

Now, we have learned more about the details of a death in his family, and it is easy to understand why he needs all of the time possible to decide when he is ready to come back.

On the field, the Bears would love for him to step in this week. He probably has to shake off rust, but they are learning the hard way that Ja'Tyre Carter is not the answer. The small school player still does not look filled out when you compare him to others, and he has struggled with power and getting his hands up.

There are reasons to say the offensive line will get better, but they start with Davis playing and brushing off the rust.
