5 reasons Los Angelas Chargers may bring Chicago Bears back down to earth
3. Khalil Mack may get revenge on the Chicago Bears
If you remember Khalil Mack and his time with the Chicago Bears, you remember that he did not talk much, but he listened a lot and took things personally. Then, he did his talking on the field. He may not say much about getting traded or his time with the Bears, but you can bet he wants to show Ryan Poles he made a mistake letting him leave.
Mack has seven sacks this year, and six came in one game. That does not sound impressive until you realize six came against the Las Vegas Raiders, his old team. Mack got up for that game and showed his old team that he could still deliver.
This week, he may spend a lot of time against Larry Borom, someone he saw as a rookie in practice. Borom has been awful this season. Chase Young beat him all night, and in the last two games, he has been losing consistency to guys like D.J. Wonnum and Tyree Wilson. Wilson had been one of the worst pass rushers in the NFL before that game.
Mac has revenge on his mind, and he gets a bad left tackle and a backup quarterback. He is going to get his name out there in prime time.
