Ryan Poles late day guys

The Chicago Bears' steal of the draft theme continues during day three. If you create a mock draft of the Bears, find who might fall and select those players regardless of the simulators.

Tyler Scott (133) fourth round
PFF Position ranking 13th
PFF big board player ranking 85th
PFF projected round 3rd
Players drafted after him of the same position, Justin Shorter
The Packers receiver, Dontayvion Wicks, seemed to be the counterargument against Scott, but we all jumped for joy when the pick was made. Hopefully, Scott can learn to catch the ball. Otherwise, he will be as big a disappointment as Treylon Burks.

Noah Sewell (148) fifth round
PFF Position ranking 9th
PFF big board player ranking 158th
PFF projected round 4th
Players drafted after him of the same position: SirVocea Dennis
The Bears signed two outstanding linebackers, had Jack Sanborn on the roster, and still drafted a linebacker. Many yelled at my mock when I had them drafting Owen Pappoe later on. Again, my mock drafts are different from what I would do but rather what I think the Bears GM will do.

Terell Smith (165) fifth round
PFF Position ranking 39th
PFF big board player ranking 318th
PFF projected round 4th
Players drafted after him of the same position: Christopher Smith
Ryan Poles stuck with the theme of drafting players whose value was above their draft round. I had linked all four corners in this article to the Chicago Bears. It wasn't a surprise that they came away with two of them.
