5. Kindle Vildor is days away from the Chicago Bears releasing him

This one has been pretty clear, but we have to continue to harp on the fact that Kindle Vildor started for the Chicago Bears last year, and now he is playing deep into the fourth quarter of preseason games. He is buried on the depth chart in a way that Trevis Gipson cannot imagine.

He is behind the rookies Tyrique Stevenson and Terell Smith, which was expected. However, he also is behind Michael Ojemudia, and Jaylon Jones. Both saw the field well before Vildor.

Vildor finished the game with 34 defensive snaps. The team is clearly ready to move on from him, and any playing time is just hoping a team sees a former starter and offers a late-round pick for his services.
