1. Will the Cincinnati Bengals sign Darnell Mooney away from the Chicago Bears?

The Cincinnati Bengals are going to have big questions to answer at wide receiver this offseason. Both Tyler Boyd and Tee Higgins will be free agents. With the cap hit of Joe Burrow starting to go up and Ja’Marr Chase having a contract due to him soon, the Bengals need to watch how they spend. One thing they may end up doing is letting Higgins walk and then signing someone like Darnell Mooney to a much cheaper deal.

Once again, for Mooney, this is a major upgrade in the situation. He gets Joe Burrow at quarterback and gets Chase to help take the coverage away from him. For the Bengals, they can sign Mooney and have room to make other spots on the roster a bit better.

There is not the same connection as Matt Nagy or Ryan Pace, but this is a fit that makes a lot of sense. While the Chicago Bears are done with Darnell Mooney, you have to imagine he will have his list of suitors on an open market this year.
