The Bears beat the Packers for the first time in five years

It's been five years since the last time the Bears beat the Packers, dating back to the 2018 season. Matt Nagy and Mitch Trubisky were still in Chicago. Khalil Mack was in his first year with the Monsters of the Midway and the Bears had eight Pro Bowlers.

As previously mentioned, the Bears have struggled against the Packers. This Sunday is their best chance in a long time to beat their arch nemesis.

Beating the Packers in Lambeau Field is tough. But the Bears have done it before. If the Bears play like they have the past five weeks, it's entirely possible they get the win at Lambeau Field.

The Bears biggest X-factor might be their secondary. If they can do their job and shut down the Packers wide receivers, it might be tough for Love, a first-year starter, to make the best decisions. This will lead to him holding the ball longer and the Bears getting several coverage sacks.

The pass rush has improved since the Bears traded for edge rusher Montez Sweat. The defense is also coming off a game where they had three interceptions. You have to like the odds that the Monsters of the Midway show up this Sunday.

If the Bears win, it will be Fields and Eberflus's first Packers win.
