LB T.J. Edwards
Edwards is quietly having a great season with the Bears. His 127 tackles is second most in the NFL behind only Seattle linebacker Bobby Wagner, per ESPN. That's impressive.
The Lake Villa native has most definitely shown up for his hometown team and is one of the best run-stoppers in the entire league.
The do-it-all linebacker can do more than just stop the run and is constantly making big plays every Sunday. The best part is that he's accomplishing all this for just $6.5 million a year. Like Moore, Edwards is one of the Bears best offseason pickups.
Edwards was a notable Pro Bowl snub last season. The NFC champion Philadelphia Eagles sent a league-leading eight players to the Pro Bowl. Edwards was the odd man out. This year could be his first Pro Bowl appearance. It would be a well-deserved honor for the underrated linebacker. If he makes the Pro Bowl, he will join a legendary list of Bears linebackers who made the Pro Bowl.
