1. The Tennessee Titans are most likely to trade the Chicago Bears

The rumors have not tied Tennessee to Chicago in the way they have with Pittsburgh, but Tennessee has been one of the most noteworthy teams when a trade-up has been discussed. They have a brand new General Manager, and it feels like the days of Ryan Tannehill and Derek Henry leading the team are slowly going to close and the new days are coming. Does that start with the Titans making a splash?

Unlike Pittsburgh, the Titans could be a big player in the quarterback market. However, just like Pittsburgh, if the quarterbacks do get gobbled up early, they are still going to be calling. They have Andre Dillard at left tackle, so they could certainly find an upgrade there. They also benefitted heavily from Jeffrey Simmons dropping due to character concerns, and Jalen Carter is a better prospect. So, they are in on the same names.

They also are picking 11th. This is a two-spot jump down. This is not the biggest return in the world, but a couple of extra presents under the tree to move down a spot or two is not bad for the Chicago Bears. They also may have the board clear itself for them, and find the player they really wanted at nine is right there at 11. It could be a free trade for them.

The fact that Tennessee could be interested no matter how the board breaks, the small drop, and the interest the Titans have shown combine for them to be the most likely team to trade up into the top ten.
