Our great national mystery is over: the Bears have hired an offensive coordinator. On Monday morning, NFL Network's Tom Pelissero reported that the team was hiring Shane Waldron, Seattle's OC for the past three seasons, to the same position in Chicago. It's not entirely unsurprising news – Waldron was considered by many people to be the Bears' top candidate, and he was one of the first candidate names to publicly surface when their interview process began.
