Buckle those seatbelts, Chicago Bears fans, the Bears might be in for a wild ride on the opening night of the 2025 NFL Draft.

As things stand, the Bears hold the No. 10 selection in the first round of the 2025 NFL Draft. Surprisingly, to this point, there have been no trades including first-round picks. However, this may just be the calm before the storm.

Speaking with reporters ahead of the start of the draft on Thursday, Ryan Poles predicted a flurry of activity during the draft.

While forecasting the draft, Poles didn't rule out any move for the Bears. The Bears could move up in the draft depending on the player and what it would cost the team, or if the team does not stay at No. 10, the Bears also could move back in the draft. As of now, the Bears' moving back in the draft might be the least likely of the three potential outcomes.

There are three players in particular whom the Bears might be targeting with the No. 10 selection in the draft. Those players are LSU's Will Campbell, Boise State's Ashton Jeanty, and Penn State's Tyler Warren

The rumors connecting the Bears to Jeanty have been the strongest rumor of the week for the Bears. While the Bears may be hoping that Jeanty falls to them, it's possible that he is off the board by the time the Las Vegas Raiders are done making their selection at No. 6. The Bears moving ahead of the Raiders to take Jeanty would certainly be characterized as wild.

Campbell, meanwhile, would signal that the Bears' starting offensive line would be in place beyond the 2025 season. That is, if the Bears are indeed able to sign Joe Thuney to a contract extension.

Going back to the skill positions, adding Warren would be a nod to Ben Johnson's preference for multiple tight end sets in his offense. Of course, Warren could be used more as a slot receiver in the Bears' offense with Cole Kmet playing off the offensive line.
